I was extremely tired when I arrived, and a staff member wearing a white long-sleeve shirt immediately approached me with genuine care. He asked how my journey had been, offered me a place to shower, and made sure I felt comfortable. He was incredibly kind, warm, and thoughtful throughout my visit — even when I was shopping inside. Before I left, he wished me a safe and smooth journey, which meant a lot to me. Thank you so much for your kindness. Encounters like this truly make long trips feel lighter.
